Most widely known for our Smoked Simple Syrups, our faithful fans know we're serving up a lot more than syrup; we're reimagining the cocktail and culinary experience in a way that is as complex, yet simple, as the products we so proudly create.

So, what is a "SMOK'd Simple Syrup"?

First, we took the "simple" out of simple syrup; we spent months methodically testing various sugars from everywhere we could find.  Next, and several more months, we tested our favorite sugars with each of the different smoking woods, custom wood blends, then the perfect smoking time, all to be sure we found each one's perfect pairing.

Throw-in the creation of some patent pending processes, a lot of reverse engineering (can you believe Depot doesn't sell a ready-made kit for this!) and the results, and we're confident you'll agree, create a most unexpected and unique taste experience, from start to finish.
